Wales 2026-27: rules and multipliers
In 2026-27, Welsh pubs, restaurants and other hospitality venues pay the standard multiplier of 0.502, rising to 0.515 for properties above £100,000 RV — with no separate hospitality discount built into the multiplier itself.

Support instead comes through the 15% Food & Drink Hospitality Rates Relief (see next) and the lower retail multiplier due from April 2027.
